I want to tell you how thankful I am for you sharing your program with me…..I am down to my weight I was when I met my husband actually a pound lighter and I am able to get jeans on I have not had on since we took engagement pictures!!!
I am feeling great and have started to workout again… I have never been able to stick to something as well as I have had with this….I am not having the hangry episodes like I used to especially when I don’t get to eat till 3 in the afternoon sometimes with work!
I am beyond grateful for you!!!!

I thought I’d share my progress so far. 40 lbs lost… This journey has been the most successful and I know it’s because of this awesome support group. And Jessica Parker, because of your holistic approach to this diet, it made it so much easier to follow. Thank you for this amazing experience. I now have the tools on my belt to live a better, healthier life.

My husband and I had a consultation with Jessica Parker around a month ago, she put us on a meal plan specific to our needs, we are noticing positive results and feel like it has been so worth investing into. My husband has lost 13 pounds and I have lost 12, the food is delicious and we actually feel like we are eating better than we ever have. These results have just been from changing our food habits, Our food is based on paleo/low carb and we love it. Jessica has work hard finding us recipes and encouraging us with better multivitamins and probiotics.

I am so glad that I found this group Jessica Parker! Our family has been eating organic for about 6 years due to health issues of our youngest son, and we’ve been mostly gluten free as well (due to health issues in our oldest son)…and I work out, a lot. That being said, I have never felt like this. I have found it so easy it’s unbelievable. I feel better, my wedding ring is falling off (lack of inflammation I guess :), I’m losing weight, and I have energy! I’m going to continue and I’ll see what I can do about getting my husband on board as well ;). Thank you!!

When I began my main goal was weight loss, and I have lost 13 lbs, but I have learned so much more. I was never much interested in healthy eating, organic, exercise, or what the food I ate was doing to my body. I am so happy to have my eyes opened.

Hey I’m Rachel a single mom of 4 kids…I was pretty much at the end of my rope and pretty desperate to loose my baby weight after my 4th kid.. so I decided to try keto.. I was a little apprehensive about it as I didn’t want to gain even more weight….I have known jessica for many years and I trust her judgment in health field so I decided to try out her keto group…. it was awesome! I love her approach to just help everyone where they are at.. cause we are all coming from different backgrounds in our health and eating habits…. she was both supportive and encouraging also very informative… you can do your own research for free yes but I don’t have the time to go and do all of that and I know that Jessica does her research so I can trust the information she provided… she also gives it to you in a format
That’s very easy to absorb and not totally over loading you but giving you the info you need.. I love her live videos checking in and sharing and answering questions along the way! All the fun recipes.. also creating the community in groups that makes it comfortable for anyone and to encourage each other.. and sharing our hard struggles and good victories… I highly recommend her groups for anyone that is curious about keto and wanting to try it.. she is able to give all the basics in a way that’s easy to grab and go! Also if you just need some support even if you’ve been going to keto a long time.. her groups are great!

My entire eating habits have changed by being a part of your program, and my health is so much better for it. I have energy in the day, no brain fog, and best of all, I don’t feel like a slave to food and my cravings. Having good food on hand, and “treats” like jalapeño poppers or fat bombs or mixed nuts around have helped tremendously! And who would have thought I would EVER learn to love coffee without sugar?? I loved the recipes and the support, but also the education along the way. I might do another round with you, just because I appreciate the support, accountability, and just the visibility of your messages, links and videos to help me stay focused.
